Terms & Conditions

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
Paypal is the only accepted form of payment. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of package price is required in order to be placed on the waiting list for blog design and website packages only. Payment is due in full for all other design services, such as favicons, social icons, and etc. Once you fill out my order form, you will be invoiced for deposit within 24-48hrs (except weekends). When deposit has cleared you will receive a confirmation e-mail from me within 24hrs (except weekends) to let you know the placing on the waiting list. The remaining balance will be invoiced when I am ready to work with you on your design. You have 48hrs to respond to the invoice, if I do not hear from you after 48hrs I will cancel your invoice and move on to the next person on the list. I do not offer refunds as designs can be changed until you are 100% satisfied.

All Custom/Premade Blog Designs are for Blogger only.

KNOWLEDGE OF BLOGGER
ALL customers must have some knowledge of how blogger works before we begin working together. You also must have a google/gmail account. I will only help out with design questions. I am not available to teach you how to use blogger. I will only work with you on your specific design and install it. Once the design is installed I will give you specific instructions on what you can and cannot do with your design. It is up to you learn and be familiar with blogger and how it works.
COMMUNICATION & TIME
Please note that I communicate via email and the timeliness of my work depends on how fast you respond to my questions or approve the design elements. If time permits or if i do not have any other engagement, I do work on the weekends. If we begin a design process during the week and it carries on to the weekend, we will continue working on that following monday.
DESIGN REVISIONS
I will come up with 2 design samples for you to choose from using the information you provided from the list of info I send. You can choose the one you like best or we can make changes depending on the elements you like from the samples I send you. I am happy to work with you until you are 100% happy. Once you approve a design element we will not go back to make changes. Please make sure to have ALL info I request ready before we begin on your design.
DESIGN CHANGES AFTER INSTALLATION
Once you approve your final design and it is installed, you have 48 hours to contact me regarding any layout changes (design changes are not allowed since the design was approved upon installation). Any layout and or design changes after that 48 hour period will be subject to additional fees. Fees vary depending on revisions/changes to be made.
WAITING LIST
More than likely I will have a waiting list. Please ask at the time you are e-mailing what position you will be in and let me know if you would like to be added on the list.  Waiting time can vary from a couple days to weeks depending on how long the list is at the time. Please be patient and bear with me as I strive to treat every customer as best as I can without “rushing” them. Also, I am a mother of 2 little boys and I have a hungry husband.
DESIGN CREDIT
I will post a Design Credit at the bottom and/or sidebar of the page and I ask that it stays there for as long as you use the design (full or in part) that I have created for you.
DESIGN RIGHTS
Designed Lovely Studio reserves the right to use any design
for promotional, advertising, and/or portfolio use.

By making the deposit, you will be agreeing to  the Terms & Cconditions that were listed.
